African Skills Database Management System (ASDBMS) is a data center that takes an inventory of skills developed by all Africans who are willing to contribute to the development of the beautiful continent. It is an MVC architecture application designed as follow: Model implements active record pattern, View uses the factory and composite design patterns, and Controller implements the front controller and command design patterns.
